Basically, you should think about the following things in advance of a trip (already when booking) with PD:

Check the hygiene and storage conditions of the dialysis materials at the destination

Order the necessary dialysis materials from the dialysis center 6 weeks before the travel date

Agree on fixed dates for the delivery of your necessary dialysis materials with your vacation accommodation, and request written confirmation of the delivery of the materials from suppliers in advance

Ask for local emergency contact addresses at the dialysis center
Make a medical check beforehand

Consult your dialysis doctor

Get a doctor's letter from your home dialysis

Check your vaccinations for completeness (also for your vacation destination)
Travel insurance

Additional items that should also be in your carry-on luggage:
